Medical Product Specialist

As a Medical Product Specialist, you will play a key role in introducing and promoting our medical products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and establish new business opportunities by building relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.
2. Demonstrate or present products to healthcare staff, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of our medical products.
3. Develop and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales performance, and product knowledge.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials that align with our company's goals.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales and marketing activities.
6. Meet both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals by providing timely and accurate product information.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the country.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
