Medical Sales Representative

Mmatrics Pharmaceuticals is offering a 3-month internship for dynamic individuals to work as Medical Representatives in assigned regions of Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and coordinating with doctors, managing schedules, presenting our product line, and generating sales. The focus will be on securing bulk orders, with earnings directly linked to performance through a competitive commission structure. The internship comes with a fixed stipend of ₹8,000, 10% commission on bulk orders, and travel expenses reimbursed upon submission of receipts. Candidates who perform well and achieve strong results may have their engagement extended, with the fixed stipend increasing up to ₹15,000 and commission rates rising to 15% for regular bulk sales. This position is ideal for freshers or candidates with a background in sales, pharma, or medical fields who are motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently on the field.
Role Overview:
• Meet and coordinate with doctors in your assigned region
• Set up meeting schedules, present our product line, and build long-term professional relationships
• Generate sales by introducing our offerings, answering queries, and ensuring doctors have confidence in our products
• Focus on achieving bulk orders—higher sales mean higher earnings
What We Offer:
• ₹8,000 fixed monthly stipend
• 10% commission on all bulk orders (can go up to 15–20% for exceptionally large orders)
• Travel expenses reimbursed (with receipts and proof of travel)
• Performance-based growth – If the work is satisfactory and results are good, after the initial 3-month period (and if the company decides to continue the engagement):
– Fixed stipend can be increased up to ₹15,000 per month
– Commission on bulk orders can rise from 10% to 15% for regular bulk sales
Who Can Apply:
• Freshers from a sales, pharma, or medical background are welcome
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in relevant fields are preferred, but not mandatory
Work Mode: On-field (within assigned Delhi region)
