Language Model Researcher Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Language Model researcher to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for language technology and a proven track record in working with cutting-edge language models.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate and optimize language models within Langchain platform.
  • Utilize expertise in working with OpenAI API to enhance the capabilities and performance of applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain language-based features, ensuring seamless integration and user-friendly experiences.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas for improving existing projects and developing new language-related initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure reliability and efficiency of language models in various applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in natural language processing and contribute insights to the team's knowledge base.

Key Requirements:

  • Masters degree or equivalent in relevant field.
  • Strong experience working with Langchain, OpenAI API, and other relevant language technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in natural language processing field, such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Solid understanding of linguistic principles and concepts, allowing you to fine-tune and customize language models effectively.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and deliver high-quality results within specified deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and drive to tackle complex challenges.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in contributing to open-source language projects or research efforts is a plus.
