Senior Consumer Communications Lead

A dynamic and experienced Senior Consumer Communications Lead with a passion for developing and executing integrated communication strategies is required.

The ideal candidate will have strong media relationships, experience in the consumer sector, and a proven track record of driving results through a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans tailored for the consumer market.
  • Nurture senior-level client relationships, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic communications counsel to key clients, positioning them effectively against competitors.
  • Enhance brand awareness by showcasing the company's capabilities, talent, and results.
  • Manage media relations, crisis communication, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Identify and leverage global, digital, and social media trends to elevate PR strategies.
  • Lead new business proposals, presentations, and pitch meetings.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in public relations, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Strong media relations expertise with a proven track record of managing press coverage for airlines, airports, or travel brands.
  • Experience in corporate image management, crisis communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
