As a Digital Transformation Manager at Publicis Groupe, you will be responsible for leading the client relationship and managing expectations and deliverables. You will identify client communication needs through all channels and guide the client on how these channels should work together to create an integrated partnership.
You will also be responsible for leading and executing various client projects end-to-end with support from internal team members, as well as managing multiple teams on various accounts smoothly ensuring healthy communication and work allocation.
Additionally, you will lead planning on various accounts when it comes to campaigns and engagements and for new business pitches, and build a strong succession / second line of your team.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, comfort and confidence to deal with internal and external stakeholders, as well as team management skills, ability and inclination to work with multiple people teams and ensuring efficient knowledge transfer and mentoring.
You will also need to have ample knowledge and interest in the digital domain we are working in to suggest best practices to clients and team members alike, as well as an open attitude to work with people from different walks of life and a willingness to learn and use those learnings in your everyday work.
A creative problem solving mindset to tackle with everyday challenges on the accounts is also essential.
