Job Title: Senior Communications Manager

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong track record of managing PR agencies and developing effective PR strategies. As a Senior Communications Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key media contacts, building and managing relationships with spokespeople, PR and OBM teams, and creating content that showcases the organization's expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain relationships with key media contacts to ensure consistent coverage and messaging.
  • Manage PR agency relationships and develop PR plans and strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with spokespeople, PR and OBM teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement ORM (Online Reputation Management) analysis and reporting to monitor online presence and reputation.
  • Track ORM and OBM efforts to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.
  • Create engaging content that showcases the organization's expertise and builds thought leadership.

Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree with 10+ years of experience in communications or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing PR agencies and developing effective PR strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ideal candidate will have existing client relationships in the market.
  • Proactive, self-starter, and target-oriented, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
