Product Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Expert to lead our product development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing go-to-market strategies.

This role requires a deep understanding of the FMCG industry and a proven track record of success in implementing Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Led product development initiatives from concept to launch, resulting in increased revenue growth and market share.
  • Maintained a strong working relationship with TPM and RGM teams to ensure alignment on product vision and requirements.
  • Developed and executed go-to-market strategies that resulted in significant improvements in sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Worked closely with business stakeholders to understand market trends and develop product roadmaps that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in business management, engineering, or another technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably with prior experience in TPM implementations.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and sales data.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Technical acumen to understand software development processes.
