Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacovigilance, with experience in data entry, quality control, and case management. They will be responsible for receiving, processing, and entering safety information into our database, as well as managing email boxes and coordinating the processing of vigilance cases.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Receiving and processing safety information from local reporters
  • Entering data into our database, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Managing email boxes and responding to queries from clients and reporters
  • Coordinating the processing of vigilance cases, including registration, triage, and assignment
  • Following up on requests from local reporters

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, with a focus on data entry and quality control
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of US and EU PV regulations, GVP, GCP, FDA, and pharmaceutical industry standards
