We seek an accomplished Electrical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects within the Indian power sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of regulatory affairs and power distribution business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Standard of Performance procedures for Discoms in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory affairs, including ARR, MYT, and True-up petitions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of supply codes, tariff regulations, and Universal Service Obligations.
- Presentation skills are essential for Public Hearings at MERC/MSETCL/Discoms.
- Excellent written communication skills for drafting letters and replies to various agencies.
- Skillful interpersonal relationship management and liaisoning abilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects meet the required standards, timelines, and budget targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent leadership qualities, are necessary for this role.
