We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer to join our team.

Job Description

Achieving Excellence in Motion Design

As a Founding Motion Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the platform's reliability, scalability, and developer velocity from day one. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting thumb-stopping content for feeds that matter and building elegant, engaging animations that elevate our in-app and product experiences.

Your creative vision will bring ideas to life across both social media and product ecosystems, driving user engagement and relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concepting, designing, and animating motion graphics for social campaigns, product launches, UI/product interactions, and brand films
  • Crafting on-trend social assets (Reels, TikToks, Stories, GIFs, kinetic type, short-form edits) that drive engagement and relevance
  • Developing a strong portfolio showcasing both social motion content and brand/product storytelling (UI, product renders, launch films)

Skill Requirements:

Preference will be given to candidates with 3+ years of motion design experience within a creative agency, social-first brand, or product-driven company. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with 3D tools (Cinema4D, Blender, etc.) is essential.
