Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Leader to lead our programmatic buying efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing roadmaps and proposals for clients, incorporating DV360 platforms for awareness and acquisition campaigns, remarketing, app installs, and video branding.
  • Manage and optimize App Campaigns on DV360, focusing on reach, install, and conversion metrics, while integrating with App Analytics platforms.
  • Create and manage ad tags, floodlight tags, and tracking mechanisms in CM/DV360 to monitor campaign conversions and audience activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of tracking mechanisms.
  • Perform account management duties for display, TrueView, video, and search campaigns on DV360/CM/Google Ads platforms, structuring campaigns, IOs, line items, and ad groups.
  • Monitor accounts daily and monthly, analyzing budget caps, campaign pacing, lost bidding, impression share, and other key metrics to inform optimization strategies.
  • Support creative design teams with ideas for copy and graphical ad templates, including VAST, Rich Media, HTML5, static display creatives.
  • Communicate with clients and POCs to ensure campaign achievements align with predefined goals.
  • Generate comprehensive reports at three stages: before, during, and after the campaign, auditing advertising accounts and identifying gaps in existing structures and targeting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in digital marketing, including experience with DV360 and Google Ads.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
