Senior EHS Specialist

The organization is seeking an experienced Senior EHS Specialist to spearhead the implementation of the SAP EHS solution. As a key member of the SAP Centre of Excellence, this individual will play a pivotal role in designing and deploying the solution across the Long Segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement the SAP EHS solution using a Project Management approach.
- Ensure successful transformation steps: initial demand collection, books of requirements, Request For Proposal, blueprint, realization, cutover plan, training, go-live, project closure, project committees, steering committees, subcontractors' management etc.
- Contribute to the strategy of the EHS Domain, participate in the 5-year plan, and assess transformations handled against current strategy.
- Manage a part of the run and maintain activity, contributing to incidents management and progressive maintenance management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in similar position.
- Experience/knowledge of general industry or steel market/products/production process is advantageous.
- SAP customizing in SAP EHS module.
- ABAP skills are beneficial. Ability to understand and resolve issues, debugging skills.
- Deep Business Process knowledge of Health and Safety activities. Business experience in the area is beneficial:
- Business Process Modelling.
- Good ability to communicate at various levels. Ability to train other people, autonomous.
