Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Solutions Specialist

This role involves providing expertise in EHS processes and supporting IT systems, including SAP EH&S and Enablon platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EHS principles and practices, as well as experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end EHS-related IT projects to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Perform business analysis to translate EHS business needs into actionable IT requirements and solutions.
  • Act as Service Manager for EHS applications and platforms to guarantee stability, compliance, and usability.
  • Oversee incident, request, and release management activities for EHS applications to maintain high service quality.
  • Collaborate with global process owners to ensure alignment of local needs with global standards and best practices.
  • Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EHS solutions within the enterprise landscape to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor service performance and ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Provide governance and compliance oversight to ensure EHS applications meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10-15 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS processes and supporting IT systems, including SAP EH&S and Enablon platforms.
  • Experience in project management, with a proven ability to lead end-to-end IT projects and drive successful outcomes.
  • Good understanding of ITIL practices, including incident, change, release, and problem management.
  • Hands-on experience with service and vendor management, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge IT and business functions effectively.
  • Experience working in global environments with multiple business units and process owners, promoting collaboration and alignment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for EHS systems, ensuring regulatory adherence and risk mitigation.
Preferred:
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA EH&S or related modules, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • ITIL, PMP, or BA certifications, demonstrating expertise and commitment to professional development.
  • Experience in integrating EHS tools with ERP and reporting platforms, enhancing data insights and decision-making capabilities.
