Key Responsibilities:

The primary function of this role is to provide commercial support, including order management, price checking, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interfacing with customers, logistics, manufacturing, and sales or service representatives to handle pre-sales and post-sales service functions.

  • Assist sales functions across regions and external customers in areas such as product and service order fulfillment processes, customer service requests, and accounts receivable collections.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment for external customers and intercompany requirements routed as Sales Orders.
  • Manage and support export business processes from order entry until shipment delivery and invoicing.
  • Proactively manage the order book to gather customer requirements, prioritize tasks, and work with the network to ensure order fulfillment and maximize customer on-time delivery (OTD) performance.
Key Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Engineering or an equivalent field, or a Post Graduate degree in any stream.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in supply chain, order and export management, or O2C end-to-end field.
  • Fluent English language knowledge, with German language knowledge an advantage but not a must.
  • Good analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, ability to take ownership of assignments, and drive change and process improvements.
