We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to spearhead our financial operations in India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting and general operations of our company, handling payroll for over 1000 employees, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

This role requires exceptional integrity, ethics, and professionalism, as well as strong business acumen and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance from a reputable university and hold a Qualified Chartered Accountant certification.

They will also be responsible for communicating effectively with clients, vendors, employees, and consultants, building process documents, and ensuring process compliance across teams.

Excellent communication and technology utilization skills are essential for this role.

The selected individual will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and driving operational efficiencies.

Requirements:
