Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Work with global customers to identify target audiences' training needs, acquire an understanding of customer applications and processes to derive actionable insights and use cases to improve digital adoption ">
  3. Manage numerous projects, initiatives, and engagements concurrently ">
  4. Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects and be compliant throughout ">
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to our clients ">
  6. Consult, Ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to our clients using our Product Ecosystem ">
  7. Review, analyze, and optimize solutions to increase digital adoption usage by end-users Required Expertise">

• 2 to 6 years of experience in any of the following domains - Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management and Software Development

">

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders, understand the purpose of various customer business and enterprise applications, processes, and user personas.

">

• Have a strong learning appetite to become an expert on our Products through our Certification Programs In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting

">

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment with an inclination to solve issues, bottlenecks and problems with an analytical mindset

">

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field Preferred Skills

">

• Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies

">

• Worked in one or many industries verticals from the following - IT, ITES, Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG and Oil and Gas

">

• Knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, etc. such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, iCertis, etc would be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML will be an advantage.
