Job Title: SAP B1 Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP B1 finance expert to join our organization. The successful candidate will have experience in implementing and optimizing SAP B1 systems, with a strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization: Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements. Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) – Align to development team and customize workflows to align with business needs.
  • Techno-Functional Leadership: Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated Systems also implement best practices.
  • System Integrations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).
  • Ownership & Mentorship: Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks. Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting, Support & Documentation: Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably with at least one complete SAP-B1 implementation cycle in manufacturing or trading.
