Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned visualiser to transform ideas into compelling visuals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills, coupled with imagination, precision, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling.

This talented individual will collaborate closely with our creative and copy teams to develop captivating campaigns, social media content, brand identities, and marketing materials that stand out and drive results.

  • Develop innovative visual concepts, layouts, and artworks for campaigns across various platforms.
  • Translate briefs into engaging visual narratives while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and creative leads to craft integrated campaigns.
  • Deliver high-quality designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that bring ideas to life.
  • Pursue new design styles, trends, and techniques to maintain a fresh approach.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, sharing feedback and best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while upholding high creative standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design/visualisation, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback and refine ideas quickly.
  • A keen eye for detail and the capacity to balance creativity with functionality.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
