Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires passion, proactivity, and the ability to turn complex briefs into brilliant creative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of branding and visual storytelling, and be able to bring concepts to life across various formats.

This role demands a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats, excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding, as well as hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the visual language and design output for multiple brands and campaigns.
  • Lead the conceptualisation and execution of creatives for print, digital, outdoor, films, and other formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to crack compelling ideas that align with brand strategy.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers and visualisers to deliver high-quality work.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear, consistent, and innovative creative executions.
  • Review creative work to ensure it meets high standards and client expectations.
  • Presentation skills to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-8 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to ideation.
