The role of an Assistant Project Manager is pivotal in driving project-based sales and expanding business opportunities in the region. This position requires strong expertise in selling hospital infrastructure solutions, including Medical Gas Pipeline Systems, Modular Operating Theatres, and Integration Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:

Identify brownfield and greenfield hospital projects and establish the company as a preferred turnkey solution provider.

  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with hospital administrators, architects, consultants, procurement heads, and project teams.
  • Cultivate partnerships with dealers to expand market reach.
  • Effectively handle tender participation and drive successful contract execution.
  • Negotiate and close deals to ensure smooth contract fulfillment.

Project Management & Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive business plans and sales strategies for new hospital projects in the region.
  • Plan and execute projects based on customer and partner requirements, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
  • Collaborate with internal project teams to enhance market coverage and sales conversion rates.
  • Establish and maintain contacts with key stakeholders, investors, architects, and planners to generate new business opportunities.

Target Achievement & Strategy Execution:

  • Own and drive the project business strategy to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Maintain an adequate sales funnel to ensure a high hit rate and consistent revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and project excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Industry Knowledge - Strong background in selling Medical Gas Pipeline Systems, Modular OTs, and hospital integration solutions.

Skills:

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Strong knowledge of tendering, contract management, and project execution.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Good understanding of hospital infrastructure planning and execution.

Position Requirements:

Education - Degree / Diploma in Engineering

Related Experience - In hospital Project sales, 4 – 8 years
