Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Technical Consulting Senior Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for driving complex Salesforce solutions and guiding teams to achieve exceptional results.

  • This position requires a strong understanding of Salesforce products, APIs, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, mobile development technologies, integration/ETL technologies, and other related tools.
  • The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of technical and enterprise skills, with the ability to design systems that can scale with high volumes and meet customer growth plans seamlessly.
  • A successful candidate will also possess proven experience integrating systems via APIs, as well as a strong development background.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical design sessions, design and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives, identify gaps between clients current and desired end states.
  • Project Oversight: Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects, follow and help define coding standards, lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed.
  • Data Integration: Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to understand a project and debug issues.
  • Liaison: From time-to-time, participate in activities such as technical landscape discovery, Proof-Of-Concept (POC) development with prospects, liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
