As an Executive Vice President - Hedge Funds, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing strategic plans aligned with overall goals, focusing on growth, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Working in partnership with Senior Vice Presidents and the wider team to oversee the resolution of client issues.
  • Implementing best practice standards and driving towards efficiencies.
  • Liaising internally with key operational areas to ensure awareness of key client requirements.
  • Assisting in the resolution of complex client issues, escalation, and complaints management within the team and department.
  • Establishing and documenting business contingency plans for all areas of responsibility.
  • Motivating people by creating a high-performance environment that is both challenging and exciting.
  • Actively contributing to corporate initiatives as part of the management team.
  • Continuously assessing current and potential new funds under administration.
  • Identifying issues/concerns and recommending company-wide solutions for high-risk projects.
  • Operational Risk – Monthly reporting on status reports and key development issues.
  • Promoting Risk Consciousness and culture.
  • Project work – proactive approach to industry and regulatory changes and the development and promotion within Fund Services.
