We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our Placement and Corporate Interface function.

This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, strong corporate network, and ability to drive results.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building and sustaining relationships with top recruiters, ensuring exceptional placement outcomes, and enhancing industry presence of the institute.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement placement strategies that align with institute's vision and market trends.
  • Corporate Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with top-tier companies for placements, internships, and live projects.
  • Placement Operations: Oversee entire placement process, from pre-placement talks to final offers, ensuring smooth and professional experience for both recruiters and students.
  • Student Readiness: Work closely with faculty to groom students to meet industry expectations. This includes training on resume building, interview prep, and group discussion practice.
  • Alumni Engagement: Leverage alumni network for placement support, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track placement metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
  • Postgraduate degree (preferably an MBA or equivalent) from reputable institution.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate relations, placements, business development, or HR, ideally within academic institution or corporate setting.
  • Strong network across various industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic thinker with result-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
