Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Leader to spearhead our engineering efforts and drive innovation across the organization.

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a small team of engineers responsible for developing and maintaining our products and infrastructure. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be essential in shaping our technology strategy and ensuring seamless execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical strategies that align with business goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services
  • Mentor and coach engineers to improve their skills and career growth
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in engineering management
  • Significant experience as a software engineer, preferably across multiple organizations and industries
  • A track record of mentorship and career development
  • Experience in recruiting and building high-performing teams
