Technical Support Professional

The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional communication skills, typing skills of 60 to 80 WPM, and experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues with SOP documents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating strong analytical skills for breaking down issues into manageable components.
  • Familiarity with support methodologies, case lifecycles, and ticketing tools to streamline processes.
  • Providing top-notch customer service and technical support via phone, email, or chat to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to resolve technical issues through collective problem-solving.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting solutions to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain competitive and innovative.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • End-to-end knowledge in Record to Report Process to ensure seamless operations.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to enhance productivity.
  • Experience with Google products (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheet, Slides, Gemini app, Notebook LLM, Keep, Sites, Forms, Appsheet) to leverage digital tools.
  • Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred to demonstrate expertise.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of regular, full-time education to ensure academic stability.
  • Flexibility with night shifts and rotation shifts to accommodate diverse needs.
  • Valid Aadhar/PAN card copies and registered EPs to meet regulatory requirements.
