Bioprocess Equipment Specialist

Pune, covering Mumbai & Ahmedabad | Biotechnology / Bioprocess Engineering | 2–4 years experience

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bioprocess Equipment Specialist to join our team in Pune. The role involves supporting clients across Pune, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad in implementing bioprocess equipment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand process requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive technical presentations, demonstrations, and application notes.
  • Support sales teams in pre-sales discussions, RFQ responses, and proposal development.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between design, manufacturing, and client requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth training sessions for clients' process and engineering teams on bioprocess equipment operation and maintenance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Mechanical, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in bioprocess equipment implementation, process optimization, or related services.
  • Strong understanding of bioreactors, fermenters, CIP/SIP systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across Pune, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad.
