Strategic Growth and Corporate Development

Drive business expansion through innovative partnerships and investment opportunities. Collaborate with senior executives to develop and execute growth strategies, identifying opportunities for diversification and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Map adjacent markets in the fintech sector, including payments, insurance, wealth management, lending, and international markets.
  • Build and maintain a qualified target portfolio, engaging with founders, bankers, and venture capital networks.
  • Develop investment presentations and drive decision timelines by coordinating inputs from multiple teams.
  • Execute transactions from concept to closure, managing data rooms, diligence, third-party advisors, and negotiations with legal counsel.
  • Monitor post-closure KPI dashboards of investee companies, integration milestones, synergy realization, and covenant compliance.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years' experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity/VC, Strategy Consulting, or Corporate Development.
  • Strong understanding of deal-related aspects, including valuation and commercial terms.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with proven project-management skills.
  • MBA/PGP from a top-tier institution (ISB, IIM A/B/C, XLRI) or Chartered Accountant.
