McDonald's Corporation is seeking an experienced Oracle Financials professional to join its Global Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical product management, with expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules.

Job Description

This role is part of the Global Technology Enterprise Products & Platforms Team, focused on Oracle Cloud ERP. The Technical Product Manager-Lead will be responsible for owning end-to-end technology product delivery, leading and inspiring a working team, and developing technology product roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead mid/large teams consisting of Sr. Technical Analysts, Business Analysts, developers, and Product QA Teams.
  • Drive market requirements, design solutions, and assess technical issues and work on resolutions with the team.
  • Ensure business processes are followed, including Incident Management/Request Management, Problem Management, Release Management.
  • Ensure data protection guidelines are followed for sensitive personal data in accordance with company Data Governance standards.
  • Requirements:
  • 8+ years of technical product management or relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 8+ years relevant experience with a Master's degree.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules, specifically in Source to Pay and Acquire to Retire modules.
  • Hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules, in-depth understanding of financial flows and business processes in financial management.
  • BIP reporting, FBDI, and OIC integration working knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Cloud information architecture patterns, software development processes, and data processing methodologies.
