System Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our team. As a System Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of complex systems, ensuring they meet stakeholder needs and comply with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Systems Engineering Development Life Cycle: Develop and execute system architectures that meet stakeholder needs, including requirements management, design, development, verification & validation, qualification & certification testing.
  • Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): Apply and develop MBSE tools, processes, and techniques to develop system architectures that meet stakeholder needs.
  • System Modelling: Utilize SysML modelling language and tools (e.g., Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect, and/or CAMEO) for systems modelling.
  • Industry Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards like ARP4754A, IEC15288.
  • Requirements Capture and Systems Architecture Development: Plan, lead, and execute requirements capture and systems architecture development using requirements capture tools (e.g., CRADLE and DOORS NG).
  • Multiphysics System Simulations: Execute multiphysics system simulations through MatLab Simulink software complying with specifications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree: In Mechanical, Electronics, or Systems Engineering or equivalent.
  • INCOSE Certification: INCOSE certification on Systems Engineering is an added advantage.
Skills:
  • Master's Degree - 10+ years or Bachelor's degree - 12+ years experience of System Engineering in Requirements engineering, Electromechanical System design, development, validation & launch.
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience on MBSE/SysML/UML methodologies.
  • Drive for Results, Communication skills, Analysis-First Mindset, Passionate.
