Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring slow-moving inventory, coordinating with planning clusters, and ensuring liquidation plans are in place to minimize inventory write-offs.

You will analyze data, prepare MIS reports, and participate in periodic inventory performance reviews. Your expertise in statistical analysis software and Excel will enable you to identify trends and make informed decisions.

In addition to your technical skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, planning, and finance, to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor slow-moving RMPM and FG inventory across India
  • Coordinate with planning clusters and align slow-moving inventory targets
  • Prepare and circulate MIS reports on slow-moving inventory
  • Participate in periodic inventory performance reviews
  • Validate disposal proposals and monitor disposal progress
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • CA/ICWA/MBA preferred
  • 0-3 years of experience in finance operations or SCM
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Excel, statistical analysis software, and PowerPoint
