Internal Auditor Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Internal Auditor with exceptional analytical skills and expertise in auditing processes. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive internal audits across multiple departments to assess risk management processes and operational procedures.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Develop clear and concise audit reports outlining findings, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Foster collaboration with management and other departments to resolve issues identified during audits.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CA, or CIA certification preferred).
  • At least 9-10 years of experience in senior auditor position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills, with high attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines, with occasional travel required for on-site audits.
