Job Title: Creative Visual Designer

We are seeking a skilled Creative Visual Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for digital and print media.

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented designer with strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with developers and product teams to ensure a smooth implementation of designs and maintain accessibility standards and user-centric design principles.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media creatives, banners, brochures, and presentations.
* Ensure all designs align with brand identity and guidelines.
* Create engaging visual assets such as icons, infographics, illustrations, and promotional materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
* Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
* Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
