Job Title: Visual Designer

We are seeking a talented and skilled Visual Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging digital assets, visual designs for digital media, web, and product interfaces using AI tools. This includes ideating, generating, or enhancing design content, developing visuals, UI components, pitch decks, and creative assets. The designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions and research to support visual storytelling and help manage design systems, asset libraries, and creative documentation.

The successful candidate should have a foundational understanding of AI, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate (Flash), After Effects, Premiere, and Adobe XD/Invision. Additionally, hands-on experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, etc., is required. A diploma/certification in Designing or Multimedia and relevant work experience in the new age Digital Education or related creative discipline are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually appealing digital assets and designs for various platforms.
  • Use AI tools to create innovative design solutions.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop UI components, pitch decks, and creative assets.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Maintain and update design systems, asset libraries, and creative documentation.

Requirements:

  • Design degree (BDes/MDes) or equivalent field.
  • Diploma/certification in Designing or Multimedia.
  • Experience in the new age Digital Education or related creative discipline.
