Project Controls Manager

This is a challenging role that involves overseeing the program of works for large-scale projects, managing budgets, and coordinating with various teams. The successful candidate will partner with internal teams to develop program plans and create cost and schedule baselines.

  • A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Project Controls for complex projects across sectors.
  • Strong expertise in Cost Control, Scheduling (Waterfall/Agile/Lean/Scrum), and Time Management.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of delivering results in large-scale project environments.
  • Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) processes and their application in complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining control of cost and schedule performance through a Project Controls System.
  • Participating in project planning processes, defining scopes, resource planning, and establishing WBS and budgets.
  • Measuring current performance and predicting future performance of projects using valid performance measurement techniques.
  • Creating and implementing project controls plans and leading project schedules.
  • Actively participating in project review meetings and providing clear, accurate project assessments.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate or graduate in an engineering discipline.
  • Professional Project Management Certification or Post Graduate degree in Project Engineering and Management.
