Senior Data Analyst Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Interpret complex data sets, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  2. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize business performance.
  3. Design and maintain databases, data collection systems, and data analytics tools.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Manager.
  • Strong technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Proficiency in reporting packages (Business Objects), databases (SQL), programming languages (XML, Javascript), and ETL frameworks.
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate large amounts of information.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
