Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters at the warehouse site.

  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture in the warehouse environment.

  • Manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations to ensure seamless workflow.

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff to ensure a smooth transition into the workforce.

  • E nsure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

  • Maintain and update HR records, documentation, and MIS reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and streamline HR policies and practices to enhance overall efficiency.

  • Ensure smooth HR operations across rotational shifts and multiple workforce levels to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups with proven expertise in managing blue-collar workforces.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication, promoting a culturally sensitive workplace.

  • SOUND knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations as needed to support business operations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools to effectively manage administrative tasks and data analysis.
