Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Performance Marketing Specialist who takes complete ownership of clients, is passionate about scaling brands across platforms, and drives campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other channels.

As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving client Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), growing their brands, retaining them with excellent service, and guiding them with timely reporting and insights.

  • Plan, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other channels.
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on ROAS, growth, and retention.
  • Communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals.
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV).
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
Your Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus). They must possess strong communication and client-facing skills — they can explain data and strategy clearly. A proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably is essential.
