Job Summary

\

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead our AI-NLP projects, leveraging their technical expertise and project management skills to drive innovation and success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead AI-NLP projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.\
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring task completion on time.\
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to technical teams, promoting best practices in Python development and AI-NLP frameworks.\
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in AI-NLP model development and deployment.\
  • Apply deep knowledge of AI-NLP technologies to inform model selection, architecture, and deployment strategies.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and gather detailed requirements.\
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and milestones to senior management and clients.\
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project delivery.\
  • Implement quality assurance practices to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability of AI-NLP solutions.\
  • Manage resource allocation and project budgets, ensuring financial discipline throughout the project lifecycle.\
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.\
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, enhancing their skills in AI-NLP and project management.\
  • Maintain close relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.\
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management on project status, challenges, and milestones.\
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.\
  • Experience: 8-10 years of professional experience in project management, with a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in AI-NLP projects.\
  • Strong technical background with expertise in Python development and familiarity with major AI-NLP libraries and frameworks (e.g. NLTK, spaCy, Transformers).\
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying AI models and solutions.\
  • Strong knowledge of AI-NLP concepts such as text classification, entity recognition, language modeling, and sentiment analysis.\
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g, JIRA, Trello, Asana).\
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.\
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\
  • Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.\
