Technical Project Manager who is the primary contact point for the customer in the pre-launch period and will lead the overall project implementation while ensuring scope quality timeline and project KPIs are met The Technical Project Manager serves as HiredScore s solution consultant also bridging between the development team product team and client during the project implementation period all to ensure that the client will be able to extract the greatest value from the product post-launch and ensure commitments are delivered on time You will gain experience working with diverse stakeholders such as HiredScorexe2x80x99s executive team development product and professional services teams customer success teams and our clientxe2x80x99s senior leadership Partner and collaborate with cross-company stakeholders and teams such as Product R D Data Science and Customer Success to develop delivery plans that balance scope time and quality as well as validate launch support and monitor new featuresCreate and manage day-to-day project plans monitor and review progress and timelines and adjust as needed Identify track and resolve issues to ensure meeting commitments and project successTrack and communicate project status risks issues decisions and actions to internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrate strong project leadership skills and analytical acumen to overcome challenges and drive project successUnderstand client needs and challenges offering valuable and viable solutions to meet their requirementsConfigure Hiredscore product in client environment as per Statement of Work and project implementation planManage relationships and communication with the client and all stakeholders to guarantee satisfaction with the project s deliveryCommunicate to the client any maintenance needs of the new implementation for a defined period post-launch Maintain detailed documentation of key tasks milestones and client interactions for comprehensive project monitoring and reviewWork with client Success teams and Support to transition the account from the implementation phase to the launch training and adoption phase ensuring a smooth handoverIdentifying opportunities for further business product development or potential risks that could impede or slow progress of implementation notify key stakeholders when neededAbout YouBasic Qualifications4 years experience in a Technical or Project Implementation Management with hands on configuration experience3 years experience technical configuration of using XML or YML files or Self Service tools2 years experience implementing SaaS have worked in a Software Delivery environment of large scale projects2 years experience with external client-facing of global enterprise1 years experience with configuration tools and able to fulfil technical tasks1 year experience with Query from SQL NoSQL databasesOther QualificationsDemonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently adjust to shifting priorities Identify and solve technical and operational issues during implementationStrong analytical skills Thorough understanding and capability to interpreting client business needs and translating them into application and operational requirementsComfortable in a fast-paced process-focused environment adept at problem-solving under pressureFamiliarity with Agile
