Job Title: User Interface Designer

We are seeking an experienced and thoughtful user interface designer to drive the creation of digital experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design end-to-end product experiences from wireframes to polished interfaces.
  • Translate complex user needs into elegant designs.
  • Work with developers to ensure designs are feasible and meet technical requirements.
  • Lead design reviews, providing actionable feedback and guidance.
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and detailed specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and iterate based on feedback.
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve user engagement.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency and scalability.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, UI design patterns, and accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and web usability best practices.
  • Experience designing for web applications, preferably eCommerce or SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to clearly articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills comfortable working with developers, product managers, and clients.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful design across web projects.
