We are seeking a seasoned travel professional to join our team as a Senior Travel Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Specialist: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries with a consultative approach, understanding customer needs, and delivering personalized solutions.
  • Travel Designer: Craft bespoke travel packages that align with customers' interests, timelines, and budgets, ensuring seamless travel arrangements from start to finish.
  • Booking Expert: Handle end-to-end bookings including flights, accommodations, activities, and transfers, using industry-standard platforms and tools.
  • Support Professional: Offer pre-trip guidance, on-trip assistance, and post-trip support with attention to detail, ensuring customers have a memorable and stress-free experience.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with global and domestic travel destinations, packages, and pricing trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and vendor relationship management.
  • Comfortable with travel booking platforms (e.g., GDS), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
