Your primary objective will be to identify and qualify new leads, prospects, and business opportunities within the packaging and robotics sectors. You will develop a strategic plan to target key industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and manufacturing.

Relationship Building

As a Senior Packaging Development Specialist, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including clients, partners, and suppliers. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions for secondary packaging and robotic systems.

Proposal Development

You will collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to create proposals, presentations, and bids. Your goal is to meet and exceed sales targets by securing new contracts and clients for secondary packaging and robotic solutions. You will maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.

Industry Representation

You will represent K. B. Associates at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events. You will provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • B.E/ B. Tech/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation degree
  • Masters or bachelor in business management preferred
  • Good communication skills, English proficiency, leadership, computer savvy, good sales skills, and willingness to travel
  • Experience in similar industries preferred

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹8,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. The compensation package also includes benefits and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
