Product Specialist Role

A key component of our organization's success is the ability to deliver high-quality solutions to complex problems. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving intricate technical issues and providing potential solutions.

You will collaborate closely with customers and our development teams to resolve technical roadblocks and support customer implementation processes. In this capacity, you will need to have knowledge of CFCN, serverless paradigm, and cloud architecture-based applications.

  • Troubleshoot complex technical problems in product and generic stacks like system/network/echo systems.
  • Support customers' implementation process, working with their implementation teams and our technical support.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Knowledgeable in cloud architecture-based applications with an understanding of how these applications are designed/developed for scale and performance.
  • Comfortable programming in Java and have in-depth knowledge of systems (OS) programming.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Have 3+ years of industry experience in Java environment or enterprise software sustenance/support.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering/Technology.
