The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of success in managing Google Ads campaigns and teams. You will be expected to analyze campaign data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive higher conversions.

  • Develop and execute performance-driven strategies to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns with budgets of $50,000 - $100,000/month.
  • Conduct A/B testing, optimize bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives.
  • Analyze campaign data, provide strategic insights, and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive higher conversions.
Requirements and Qualifications">

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display).

Proven leadership skills in delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and guiding team members.

Strong expertise in performance marketing, GA4, GTM, and funnel optimization.
