About this Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage employee data and ensure the smooth operation of various insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data for clients.
- Oversee Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies (Employee Health and Benefits policies).
- Coordinate with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, correction through endorsements, and CD reconciliations.
- Maintain an endorsement tracker and ensure timely updates in the system.
- Bilateral relationships with insurers, clients' HR and Finance teams, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with insurance policy management systems.
Required Skills:
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data management.
- Process Orientation: Continuous improvement mindset with a strong orientation towards process efficiency.
This is a contract position that may be extended based on performance. High-performing candidates may also be considered for a full-time opportunity.
