Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, controlling, and reporting processes for global corporate and service functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Finance Partnering: Act as a finance partner to leadership teams in Germany with financial insights and decision support.
  • FP&A and Controlling Leadership: Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and actuals reporting for assigned global functions.
  • Cross-Border Finance Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between local and central Finance teams in the context of steering assigned global functions.
  • Financial Analysis & Advisory: Provide advanced financial analysis, scenario modeling, and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Process Transformation: Lead initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy using SAP, advanced BI tools (Power BI), and modern data platforms.
  • Project & Change Leadership: Drive global finance transformation projects such as cost transparency frameworks, service allocation methodologies, and modernization of financial reporting standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 8-12 years of progressive experience in FP&A/Controlling roles within multinational organizations; exposure to global/corporate finance teams preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead complex financial processes across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Strong leadership presence, influencing skills, and ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders in Germany and India.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of modern data architectures is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach.
  • Fluent in English (business/negotiation level); experience working in an international, matrix organization is an advantage.
