Job Title: Cloud Operations Engineer

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps and Infrastructure with experience working as a senior lead role and recently worked in technical roles in large scale Cloud deployments (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS) using Kubernetes and AzureCloud provider.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Source control and repository systems experience including different branching and merging strategies and how these can be applied in an enterprise.
  • Hands-on experience on Azure, API gateway, and Kubernetes with expertise in troubleshooting skills and writing helm charts.
  • Strong skills in writing shell/bash/python scripting.
  • Hands-on experience in Jenkins or similar tools with groovy scripting.
  • Deep knowledge of automation technologies Ansible, Terraform, and other configuration management tools.
  • Experience in designing, planning, and building enterprise-scale solutions and driving/ implementing DevOps practices and technologies.
  • Experience in implementing monitoring and logging solutions for Azure environments, including ones in a containerized environment.
  • Experience with container technologies (Docker).
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Consul & Vault is good to have.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Cloud Operations Engineering
  • Proficiency in AzureCloud, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or hybrid cloud environments
  • Strong understanding of cloud security best practices
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
