Job Title: Data Centric Testing

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Data Centric Tester. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining test data management strategies to support enterprise-wide testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test data management frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand test data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose datasets for functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
  • Design and implement data obfuscation strategies to ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
  • Optimize test data provisioning processes to improve testing efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  • Work closely with DBAs, developers, testers, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on data handling practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools.
  • Knowledge of Informatica Data Engineering Integration (DEI), Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), PowerCenter for ETL integration with TDM.
  • Experience with static and dynamic data masking across RDBMS, files, and applications.
  • Proficiency in data sub-setting, synthetic data generation, cloning, and archiving using Informatica tools.
  • Working knowledge of Informatica Developer, Metadata Manager, and Model Repository Service.
  • Strong understanding of RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ability to write complex SQL queries.
  • Proven track record of working with data privacy frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and data migration testing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data security in cloud environments is a plus.
