Physiotherapy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at our new center in Kolar, Karnataka. Our location offers a unique blend of urban and rural living, with easy access to Bengaluru and other nearby cities.

Kolar is approximately 1 hour away from KR Puram, Bengaluru, and 3 hours from Tirupati and Vellore. We offer accommodation for our staff members to ensure a smooth transition.

This role involves assessing, planning, and delivering physiotherapy interventions to help patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. As a Physiotherapist, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.

• Patient Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients and design personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
• Physiotherapy Sessions: Deliver manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy sessions as appropriate to promote patient recovery and well-being.
• Education and Support: Educate patients and their caregivers on exercises, posture, and preventive care to empower them to manage their conditions effectively.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of patient progress and outcomes to inform future treatment decisions.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.

• Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
• Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with strong clinical knowledge are welcome)
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, empathy, patient-centric approach, and willingness to learn
• Work Style: Ability to work independently as well as in a team
