About the Role

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work on the frontlines of generative AI. As a content developer, you'll be teaching the next generation of Language Learning Models (LLMs) about what makes language special.

We're training AI how to think, not just how to write. Joining our team means becoming an integral member of a global community shaping high-quality, user-centric AI knowledge models that will be the foundation for the next wave of generative AI-powered computation platforms.

What We Need You to Bring
  • A Master's / M.Phil / Ph.D. degree in Literature, Linguistics, Communication, Creative Writing, Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, Journalism, Economics, Political Science, History, or related courses.
  • C1 level of proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with machine learning models, particularly LLMs.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle complex, multi-step problem-solving scenarios.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Role and Responsibilities
  1. Create training data sets for AI models that improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and/or voice.
  2. Annotate data to help AI models align with human values.
  3. Analyze and improve grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to refine and iterate data sets.
  5. Achieve target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including daily job count and average handle time per job, within specified data production windows.
